Hi Dear Vickie Jo, OK, cutie! Let the Health Games begin! Day 1 for me was yesterday. I ate 1000 calories. Lost a bit of weight overnight. Day 2, still on track. For lunch: Southern Living Shrimp and Rice recipe trimmed down. I had six shrimp, one small pat of butter that’s like maybe a teaspoon some soy sauce, a little bit of garlic salt, lemon juice and it was good! I used cauliflower rice which is about 75% fewer calories than real rice if you make brown rice. One cup of cauliflower rice is about 25 cal and it’s good with some seasonings! And I was on the elliptical for 15 min. and plan 15 more before the day ends. First time I’ve had motivation all summer—I think it came from our phone chat last night!! Biggest plus for me? I went from 200 glucose test to 135 this morning. Much better. Now tell me your story, cutie! Let’s jump back on that wagon together!  It's rain rain rain right now.  ugh.!!
